Operation Finance Controller (OFC – DDI)

Responsibilities:

. Control Industrial/ Manufacturing Related frame for 2 Factories (Fresh Dairy Product and Long Shelve Life Product) on Costing, Investment approval, Manufacturing Performance, and Post Mortem
. Managing Order to Cash Process, From Customer Service to Account receivable include supply chain analysis
. Responsible for Cost Accounting and Capex Management
. Lead and control budgeting process
. In charge of Manufacturing Financial Report for both country and regional reporting
. Manage Team which comprises about 25 peoples
. Direct report to the company’s Finance Director

Requirements:
. Hold min Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance, Master/ MBA is advantage
. Having a minimum 10 years overall experiences in Finance/ Accounting fields with 2-3 years as Finance Controller will be preferable
. Well organized, meticulous, structured, disciplined
. Fluent in English is a must
. Has experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment is preferred
. SAP Knowledge
. Experience in Internal Control system
