HR Generalist in International Oil & Gas Company

An international oil & gas company located in Indonesia is seeking people to fill in position with following experiences and skills :

HR Generalist (HRG – EP)

Key purpose
Provide general HR support to assigned functions/departments

– Effective communication and good command of English (verbal and written)
– Good Interpersonal and effective communication skills
– Strong Problem solving and analytical skills
– Facilitation and presentation skills
– Ability to set priorities, handle heavy workload and meet aggressive deadlines

– Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
– 5 years experience in Human Resources
