PT. SMART Tbk. ia an integrated palm-based consumer company that have owns and manages plantations, mills and refineries which manufacturated branded and unbranded cooking oil, branded margarine, fats and shortening. SMART’s products are divided into three catagories : Retail, Industrial and Bulk.

We have a large oil palm plantations at Sumatera, Kalimantan , Papua, and our refineries located in Surabaya (Kawasan Rungkut Industri) & Medan (Belawan).
Our retail products are designed for household consumption. Whereas Industrial products are aimed at supplying noodle factories, confection factories, bakeries, fast food chains, hotels, hospitals, restaurant, and so forth.
The latter catagory fetches the premium gross margin as customer requirements are tailor-made to specifications.
The branded products cater not only for local but also for international consumption. Finally, bulk products are unbranded and unpacked goods targeted for mass consumption.
Whilst for our upstream operation, we implement an on-going plantation expansion program and concurrently replanting the old or less productive trees. The integrated structure within the company has ensured good quality and steady supply of raw material – CPO for its products requirement at competitive cost.
The company has embarked into an extensive research and development program both at refineries and at plantation areas to optimize the plantation output in order to cope with the growing demand of our products

Requirements:
• Male, 30 – 35 years old.
*. Bachelor Degree S1
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Key Account in FMCG Industry (preferable food & beverage) is required for this position.
• Proficient in English, excellent negotiation & presentation skill.
• Having good contacts in Industrial & Modern Market.
• Strong leadership & good interpersonal skill.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jabodetabek
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably managers specializing in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
To offer engineering support in a pre-sales capacity to both the Sales force and directly to the Consulting/Contracting fraternity in our export & domestic businesses
To provide Engineering expertise and fault finding in a post sales support capacity
To carry out activities as outlined by procedures GP7 in the preparation of non-standard quotations
Assist in the preparation and presentation of training sessions, new product release, technical lectures and customer technical presentations for export markets
Assist with technical specifications in marketing material
Assist with the writing of technical manuals, bulletins and support literature for Emerson power products
To carry out activities as requested by the Service Operations Manager
Maintain up-to-date technical register on power product competitors
Assist in the preparation of technical comparison literature, as sales tools
Requirements:
Preferably 5 – 10 years experience in a Electronic Engineering capacity with a telecommunication company
Having a good level of English
Good Technical & Hands-on skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to learn quickly, solve problems and have a technical flair
Preference for a person who can speak Chinese language
Willingness to travel overseas regularly
Having experience of Service project management skill is preferable
