PT Seng Fong Moulding Perkasa, part of SF Resources Group, is the Manufacturing division of our group based in Indonesia. We conduct the core manufacturing activities for the Group and are continuously developing to enhance and improve our processes and products. To strengthen our operations, we currently invite suitable candidates with high calibre to apply for the following positions:
A. Assistant Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling full sets of accounts
- Responsible for timely month end reporting of financial performance
- Verifies bills, payments and claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with established company policies and procedures
- Manages inter-company accounts and assist in managing the accounts for the Group’s subsidiaries
- Setting up and maintaining the accounting system to provide efficient and accurate accounting, record keeping and financial reports
- Oversees financial reporting and provide financial analyses to support business decision-making
- Develops policies and procedures to streamline financial and operational processes to meet and surpass company’s objectives
- Oversees tax matters
- Works and liaise with external auditors and other professionals
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline
- At least five years of relevant experience in maintaining full sets of manufacturing accounts
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels
- Committed, hands-on, focused and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure and respond to management queries in a timely manner
- Able to support colleagues and subordinates when called on to do so
- Willing to be based in Indonesia
- Knowledge in Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage
B. Engineering Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in maintenance and servicing of wood working related machinery
- Managing new and existing projects
- Supporting manufacturing units in engineering related issues
- Developing new, innovative and cost effective processes to improve existing processes or technologies
- Personnel management and training
- Initiating, planning and managing the direction of all technicians to ensure that all machines are being optimised and maintained properly
- Key KPIs include maintenance record, reliability and safety, plant uptime, talent coaching & development, implementation of effective and efficient processes
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dealing with wood working machinery
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels
- Committed, hands-on, focused and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure and respond to management queries in a timely manner
- Able to support colleagues and subordinates when called on to do so
- Excellent decision making skills and strong analytical skills
- Willing to be based in Indonesia
- Knowledge in Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage

4. Pria/wanita lulusan S1 segala jurusan (1-8 & 11-12)
5. Memiliki latar belakang sales dan institusi keuangan (min. 1 tahun) dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target sales (No.1 – 10)
6. No. 1 diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai pimpinan cabang/business manager min. 2 tahun
7. No.11 & 12 Wanita, tinggi badan min. 160 cm, berpenampilan menarik, usia max. 25 tahunNo. 7 – 10 usia max. 29 tahun
8. Memiliki ketrampilan Komputer (min. Ms. Office)
9. Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh cabang-cabang Bank Panin di Jawa Timur, Surabaya, Sidoarjo,Krian, Gresik, Lamongan, Malang, Pandaan, Mojokerto, Mojosari, Jombang, Tuban.
