Sales & Distribution District Manager (Medan)
(Sumatera Utara)

Requirements:
* Candidate currently already located at Medan (local hire).
* Candidate must be willing for high mobility, especially within Sumatera areas.
* Candidate must possess min. S1 degree from a well-known university, with GPA >3.00.
* Candidate must demonstrate good communication skills, in verbal and written English.
* Candidate must have 6 – 8 years of relevant Sales experience, preferably in financial industry.
* Candidate must have a solid experience as Branch Manager or position with similar leadership exposures.
* This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic sales and marketing plan to acquire new customers in Sumatera region, focusing on big cities such as Medan, Batam, Pekanbaru and Palembang.
* Develop plan to improve sales productivity and achieve sales targets, while ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled.
* Manage sales capacity planning and recruitment sales force to fulfill business needs, while at the same time develop actions to improve people quality.
